The Civil Service Commission (CSC) through the Civil Service Institute (CSI) will be conducting its 2024 Leaders and HR Symposium (LHRS) designed to equip HR Practitioners and Leaders with the latest trends and best practices in leadership, human resource management (HRM), and organization development (OD), spanning both public and private sectors.

 

In recognition of the diverse interests and needs of our participants, this year’s Symposium will feature not only hybrid plenary sessions but also concurrent sessions. These hybrid concurrent sessions will provide a more focused and interactive platform for in-depth discussions on specific topics related to leadership, HRM, and OD.

 

The annual HR Symposium emerges as a hallmark within the celebration of the Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA), constituting an integral component of the PCSA's Week on Kalinangan ng Yaman Tao.
